Plans are underway for a 500 ft. $100 Million Las Vegas Wheel that would be the tallest view of the city. Looks like a pretty cool attraction to add to the many already there in the city. Could this draw even more people?

Thought that we'd see the bottom before 2012? Not so, says Zillow. It looks like all but 4 markets in the U.S. saw declines and will continue to do so this year, at least by 8%.

Is that good or bad?

Bad overall, but if you're looking to purchase, prices for the most part are dirt cheap. If you're looking to buy and hold onto real estate for at least 5 years, you might be in luck.
